User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you post (reviews, check-ins, profile information, messages, community posts). By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the App. Private messages are not included in this license and remain private between sender and recipient.

Content Standards

All content you post must:

• Not infringe on others' rights
• Be respectful and appropriate

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without notice.

Professional Networking Features

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.

User Content

We do not verify the accuracy of user reviews or venue information. Use your own judgment when relying on information in the App.

Third-Party Venues

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of venues listed in the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, What's The Wifi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (currently $0).
